Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Major Deal Pursuit Leader to drive the sales process for major ICT outsourcing deals with high value and complex requirements. You will originate, negotiate, and close deals, guiding the pursuit team to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires leading high-stakes engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring strong client sponsorship. Location is flexible to any Verizon location, with travel commitments and a strategic impact on company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four+ years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in outsourcing, out-tasking, and/or off-shoring negotiations/deals.
• Line/matrix management experience with 30+ multi-function teams (e.g., legal, bid management, commercial, operations).
• Experience in leading and closing at least one complex network integration deal with TCV ≥ $25M, involving multiple elements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% or less.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
