Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in outsourcing, out-tasking, and/or off-shoring negotiations/deals.
• Line/matrix management with large multi-function teams.
• Experience closing complex deals with high total contract value.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning and budgeting for major deals.
• Mobilize and manage deal teams to drive outcomes.
• Define deliverable structure and content for proposals.
• Facilitate buy-in from client top management on proposed solutions.
• Direct on-time, high-quality delivery of work products.
• Manage engagement economics and risk.
• Oversee day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Lead pursuit teams and contribute to proposal pricing strategies.
