Qualifications

• 4-8 years in human capital operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday and Greenhouse.
• Experience with the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and guidance to the HCM team.
• Plan and execute US benefits open enrollment and global performance cycles.
• Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
• Plan and prepare for system releases.
• Support global recruiting teams on the ATS system.
• Design and configure ATS workflows, fields, and integrations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to identify top candidates and track recruitment metrics.
