Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Workday HCM experience is a must.
• Greenhouse Recruiting experience is a plus.
• Finance experience is a plus.
• College graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and guidance to Global Human Capital in core HCM processes.
• Assist in US benefits open enrollment and global performance management cycle.
• Develop reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead system planning, testing, and execution of recruiting cycles.
• Design and configure workflows, custom fields, scorecards, and integrations.
• Manage Greenhouse roadmap and AI features for recruiting.
• Ensure data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in configurations.
