Job summary

Arrow Search Partners represents a global private equity client seeking an experienced Human Capital Operations professional in New York. The role supports the HCM team, leads benefits enrollment planning, and partners with global recruitment on the ATS.

You will develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, monitor integrations, and oversee data integrity across HR systems, including Workday and Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in human capital operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday and Greenhouse.
• Experience with the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis.
