The role emphasizes ownership, data integrity, and compliance with global standards. The ideal candidate has HR administration experience, Workday/HRIS proficiency, project coordination skills, and a track record in process improvement, reporting, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or global HR delivery.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS and complex transactions.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and audit readiness skills.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
• Experience coordinating HR projects, process improvements, and workflow changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Serve as a primary contact for managers, employees, and HR stakeholders, guiding HR processes and issue resolution.
• Execute and oversee Workday/HRIS transactions with focus on accuracy, data integrity, and timeliness.
• Coordinate HR projects and process improvements with milestones and dependencies.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for business reviews and audits.
• Monitor compliance, service risks, and process adherence; escalate with context and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compliance, and other teams for consistent outcomes.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to HR Services team to promote excellence.
• Contribute to client-centric HR processes and scalable HR operations.
