Job summary

Versigent seeks an HRIS Manager to lead our global HR systems, starting with Workday and expanding the broader stack. You will translate process owners' needs into stable configuration, manage the team as a visible service, and ensure end-to-end change is controlled and transparent.

You will drive system production ownership, coordinate with IT, and maintain a connected landscape across tools, ensuring reliability and timely releases while traveling internationally and coordinating across time

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS/Workday roles in a global environment.
• Workday certifications required.
• Experience with service-management or ticketing for intake and prioritization.
• Carve-out or tenant-separation experience.
• Case management or frontline/kiosk tools experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Local resident of Metro Detroit or ability to relocate.
• Valid U.S. Passport with ability to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR system landscape behind global processes (Workday first, then broader stack).
• Define a clear service-delivery structure for change with visible status from request to release.
• Own system product requirements and prioritize configuration.
• Maintain a single, visible backlog and controlled change process.
• Configure and maintain the landscape within system setups, not in code.
• Ensure system stability, releases, and user support.
• Oversee vendor and managed-service providers for in-scope systems.
