Job summary

Versigent in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Global Business Process Owner for Core HR Processes. You will design and govern a single global Hire-to-Retire standard in Workday, coordinating with countries, plants, and lines to ensure one streamlined process.

You will map and validate local processes, create change requests for HRIS, and drive adoption with stakeholders across time zones. This role requires Lean/Six Sigma background and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Lean process mapping of real shop-floor work, not theories.
• Facilitate workshops with plant and country teams to agree on changes.
• Deep knowledge of hire-to-retire lifecycle in a modern HR system.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple countries, high-volume/manufacturing preferred.
• Influence without owning daily operations.
• Comfortable working across cultures and time zones, traveling up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Field design: map real in-country process and connect to global standard.
• Define HR lifecycle policy in Workday as system of record.
• Provide clear HRIS change requirements for country implementations.
• Establish SOPs, controls, and governance to limit local variation.
• Maintain functional integrity of organizational structure in system of record.
• Track process KPIs and adoption progress.
• Lead training and adoption of the standard across sites.
