Job summary

Versigent seeks an HRIS Manager to run and evolve the global HR systems, turning process owner requests into working configurations and managing the specialist team as a visible service. You will oversee the Workday landscape and related tools, maintain a connected system estate, and ensure timely delivery for a growing enterprise.

You will lead configuration, hand coding interfaces to IT, and manage the backlog to keep change controlled.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS or Workday roles, global environment.
• Workday certifications.
• Service-management or ticketing experience for intake and prioritization.
• Carve-out or tenant-separation experience.
• Case management and frontline or kiosk tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR system landscape behind global processes (Workday first).
• Define a clear service delivery structure for change and visible status from request to release.
• Own system product requirements and prioritization in configuration.
• Maintain a single, connected system landscape and backlog; avoid local tool silos.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance inside system setup, not code.
• Ensure system stability, releases, and user support; vendor management.
