Job summary

SBA Communications in Boca Raton, FL seeks a seasoned Principal Global HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations, reporting, and governance. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to prepare compensation plans, manage cycles, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role requires expert Workday capabilities, strong project leadership, and a track record in global compensation programs including annual cycles and incentive plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years of Workday HCM experience.
5+ years Advanced Compensation configuration experience.
Proven experience supporting global compensation programs.
Strong Workday security and business process configuration knowledge.
Workday certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
Design compensation plans, grade profiles, pay ranges, and bonuses.
Lead testing, UAT coordination, and test script development.
Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Support annual compensation planning, merit increases and long‑term incentives.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and payroll.
