Job summary

Sphera, a global provider of enterprise software and services, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer our HR technology stack including Workday. The role focuses on data integrity, system configuration, audits, and analytics to support Total Rewards and HR Operations.

You will partner with leadership to manage merit/incentive workflows, develop advanced reports, and maintain training documentation. Candidates should have 3–5 years of HRIS experience with Workday and strong Excel skills;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HRIS experience with data and systems administration.
• Hands-on Workday experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience creating complex reports.

Responsibilities

• System Administrator for HR technology stack including Workday.
• Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of HR data.
• Partner with leadership on merit/incentive workflows from budget to delivery.
• Model and analyze organizational and financial impact of HR initiatives.
• Develop and document HR processes and job aids.
• Lead internal HR audits and support SOC/ISO compliance efforts.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with stakeholders to resolve concerns.
• Create advanced HR analytics and dashboards; maintain training docs.
