Job summary
Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Senior Global HR Business Partner to shape the People strategy for our international offices and partnerships.
You will translate enterprise priorities into workforce, talent, and organizational solutions while considering local market and cultural requirements. The role initially stabilizes and scales our Hyderabad Office, collaborating across People, Legal, Privacy, Finance, HR Technology, and local resources.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Expert-level experience advising senior leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions.
- Experience supporting global and international Employees, Leaders, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the People strategy for international offices by understanding objectives and workforce needs.
- Serve as trusted advisor to global and local Leaders, guiding organizational, workforce, talent, and change matters.
- Partner with local People Teams, HRBP, COE, HR Tech, and functions to deliver integrated People solutions.
