Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across designated units. The role partners with leaders, advising on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations while navigating complex international contexts.

You will lead change management, workforce planning, and development programs, balancing risk and opportunity, and delivering high-quality HR services in a hybrid, onsite-remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.
• 9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP.
• 4 years of experience working in a multi-functional international environment.
• 4 years of experience in Aerospace preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Developing and Leading HR Strategic Planning: advise leaders and align HR initiatives with business outcomes.
• Employee Relations: manage high-profile ER cases and coach leaders on complex matters.
• Recruitment and Talent Management: build pipelines, coaching, and succession planning.
• Change Management Region Wide projects, programs and processes: lead organizational transformation and communication strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
