The role blends strategic guidance with day-to-day HR execution, covering employee relations, talent planning, onboarding, and policy compliance. Travel up to 25% is expected as you align regional initiatives with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations efforts across the Southwest region.
• Advise regional leadership on workforce planning and engagement.
• Oversee onboarding, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Ensure policy compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain HRIS data and support enterprise HR initiatives.
