Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with global HR, compensation, and benefits expertise.

You will partner with business leaders across the organization to support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. The role also covers M&A activities, compliance, and international assignments, with a focus on domestic and international employee populations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a progressive HRBP role.
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience with M&A activity from an HR perspective is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to compensation.
• Support M&A activities across the employee lifecycle including due diligence and integration planning.
• Address employee relations matters with investigations, coaching, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate on immigration, visa, work authorization, and international assignment activities as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with local employment practices and regulatory requirements across supported countries.
