Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience with HRBP leadership supporting executives
• Global exposure across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC)
• Experience in retail/consumer products or product-driven orgs
• Strong ability to influence executives and coach leadership

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to develop talent and organizational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, team performance, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, and other core HR processes.
• Drive leadership development, internal mobility, and succession planning across a global organization.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends and inform decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide HR programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations while balancing business needs, compliance, and risk.
• Support organizational change and transformation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Identify talent risks and strengthen organizational capability and bench strength.
• Lead and develop an HR team member and partner with HR and business functions globally.
