Munich Re Group in Hartford/Princeton/Amelia seeks an experienced HRBP to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. You will support Group Technology and MRAS, collaborate across regions to drive leadership, talent, performance, and succession initiatives.

You will partner with SHRBP for Group Technology and GSI/MRAS, lead strategic projects, guide managers on employee relations, and leverage HR analytics to improve HR initiatives.

Qualificações

• University degree in business administration, law, or social sciences, or HR qualification.
• 7+ years in-depth experience in core HR areas with strategic impact.
• Experience in international project work and matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and support HR change processes with management and groups such as Group Technology and MRAS works council.
• Participate with SHRBP on strategic planning, Executive Reviews, and HR initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Review for assigned areas with insights for leadership.
• Lead recruiting for key positions using internal and external sources and talent pools.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with DEI, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards to attract, develop, retain talent.
• Use HR metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with works council and speakers’ committee stakeholders.
