Job summary

Bruker is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division. This role serves as a trusted advisor to divisional leadership, shaping people strategy and leading talent, organizational, and culture initiatives across NA, Europe, and APAC.

The successful candidate will support two U.S. sites—BMID BMS in Utah and BMID MDx in Washington State—while driving organizational effectiveness in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years HR experience including HRBP with senior leaders.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven collaboration with leaders across countries/regions.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop people strategies aligned with objectives.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead and coordinate HR initiatives across global regions (NA, Europe, APAC).
• Ensure consistent talent practices while respecting local requirements.
• Support organizational transformation, restructuring, and M&A activities as needed.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and US HR Operations.
