Qualifications

10+ years of HR business partner experience
Experience in a matrixed organization with multiple COE partners
5+ years with global teams across US, Europe, Asia
Experience partnering with senior technical leadership
Demonstrated experience driving organizational design and workforce planning in technology environments

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic consultant to leadership to translate business needs into HR plans
Design organizational structures aligned with business strategy
Partner to develop strategic workforce plans for AI-enabled organizations
Coach senior leaders to maximize leadership effectiveness
Develop senior leader skills and diverse pipelines via hiring, development and succession planning
