The AWS Support People eXperience Team (PXT) exists to accelerate the trajectory of the Support business by building and scaling people strategies and operating models in an AI-augmented environment.
The Principal HRBP role exists to power the trajectory of the business by ensuring Support has the right talent mix, senior leadership, and capabilities, to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will partner with business leaders along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the Organizational and HR strategies that foster growth, drive results and increase organizational effectiveness. You will define and execute the HR strategy for a business undergoing rapid AI transformation, evolving talent expectations, and increasing organizational complexity. You must be able to understand business priorities and translate them into a people agenda that supports the business to create the conditions for everyday teams to do remarkable things. Working with partners in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Builder Relations, and Workforce Planning, you will translate business challenges into people solutions that deliver measurable impact.
The ideal candidate must be able to interface effectively with leaders, peers and employees at all levels of the organization. You will need strategic thinking, business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, strong problem solving skills, the ability to think and plan for the long term.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
