Job summary

ABS Bureau seeks a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead the global HR technology ecosystem supporting 4,000+ employees and 1,500 contractors across 60+ countries. You will drive delivery, optimization, and operations of HR systems, data, and integrations, partnering with HR leadership, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading HRIS or HR technology in a multinational organization.
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion HCM required.
• Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms.
• Ensure HR systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with requirements.
• Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap to support priorities.
• Lead HR technology projects including upgrades, integrations, and optimization.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, vendors and leaders to deliver tech solutions.
• Provide leadership and development for the HR Technology team.
• Establish data governance, reporting, integration, and controls.
• Evaluate automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve experiences.
• Monitor trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.
