STO Building Group is seeking an IT Solutions Lead for Oracle HCM Talent & Employee Experience. You will own the Oracle Fusion HCM modules across Recruiting, Onboarding/Journeys, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement, and partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to optimize the global employee experience.

You will drive adoption of Oracle HCM capabilities, design scalable solutions, and oversee data, security, and reporting integrations across US and international units,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
• “5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience with hands‑on configuration.”
• “Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting or Onboarding/Journeys and two of: Talent Management, Learning, Employee Engagement.”
• “Understanding of US and international HR practices and lifecycle processes.”
• “Knowledge of Core HR, data security, integrations, and reporting connections.”
• “Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping skills.”

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering, current‑state/future‑state analysis, and solution design for Oracle HCM.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands‑on functional configuration and oversee others’ configuration work.
• Partner with System Administrator on security, environments, releases, and production support.
• Own end‑to‑end candidate and employee journeys, driving adoption and improvements.
