Job summary

American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) seeks an HR Technology Leader to architect and run the Oracle Fusion HCM environment and related platforms. You will lead HR technology projects, partner with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors, and drive reliability, security, and efficiency across global operations.

You will mentor the HR Technology team, establish data governance, reporting, and integrations, and pursue automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve employee experiences and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Technology or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading HRIS or HR technology functions within a multinational organization.
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion HCM required.
• Experience leading complex HR technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR tech platforms.
• Ensure HR systems operate reliably, securely, and efficiently while supporting business and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap to support business priorities and future workforce initiatives.
• Lead HR technology projects including upgrades, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and leaders to deliver technology solutions improving processes and operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the HR Technology team.
• Establish data governance, reporting, integration, and system controls.
