Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience supporting HR technology or information systems.
Global professional work experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Demonstrates ownership, urgency and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality.
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
Oversee project teams' day-to-day work and ensure they are on task.
Review and manage deliverables across projects.
Develop communication, testing, and change management plans.
Manage scope and mitigate risk across multiple projects.
Communicate with sponsors, stakeholders, and management including senior leaders.
