Job summary

Lenovo seeks an HR Technology Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycle management across HR systems. You will coordinate with global teams across countries and time zones, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality alignment and effective stakeholder communication.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in HR tech, strong PM tools knowledge, and excellent communication. A PMP exists or is pursued is preferred, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience supporting HR technology or information systems.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrates strong sense of ownership, urgency and adaptability.
• Self-driven and excellent learning ability.
• Current PMP or pursuing PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple small/large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project teams' day-to-day project work and ensure they are on task.
• Review and manage deliverables across projects.
• Develop communication, testing, and change management plans.
• Manage scope and mitigates risk across multiple projects.
• Manage communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives.
