Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the Strategy & Group Performance Management team. You will partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives across groups and functions, bridging strategy and execution to improve governance and decision-making.

You will help develop performance visibility through KPI frameworks and executive scorecards, enabling value realization and cross-functional alignment at the corporate level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise program management, strategy, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance management, financial analysis, ROI assessment, and value realization.
• Experience managing initiatives with senior executives and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Familiarity with solutions, services, subscription, managed services, or platform-based models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO for high-priority initiatives sponsored by the Group COO or GOO leadership, coordinating across groups and functions.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, decision forums, and accountability mechanisms.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and objectives.
• Support executive leadership through structured problem-solving, strategic assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Design and improve Business Management System (BMS) mechanisms to monitor health and progress.
• Develop executive scorecards and KPI frameworks that link objectives to outcomes.
• Translate inputs into decision-ready insights for leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to strengthen services outcomes.
