Lenovo seeks an HR Technology Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycle management across HR systems. You will coordinate with global teams across countries and time zones, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality alignment and effective stakeholder communication.
The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in HR tech, strong PM tools knowledge, and excellent communication. A PMP exists or is pursued is preferred, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

The HR Technology Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing system implementations and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle within the HR system landscape. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while working effectively with the functional and technical teams to identify problems and develop solutions. This role will support global projects including team members and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
