Job summary

MetLife’s HR Digital Solutions Advisor will lead end-to-end product stewardship for Absence Management and Employee Relations on a global scale. You’ll shape strategy, translate requirements into secure, scalable HR tech, and drive adoption with governance and responsible AI in mind.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to deliver value while maintaining privacy, security and compliance. Hybrid in the US, with competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or advising on enterprise HR technology solutions.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or product initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Understand HR processes, data, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with Absence Management or Employee Relations case management valued.
• HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy for Absence Management and Employee Relations.
• Lead discovery, documentation, and analysis of requirements and design secure, scalable solutions.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and adoption based on business value and risk.
• Lead responsible AI and automation initiatives with governance and privacy in mind.
• Develop change, adoption, and training plans for new capabilities.
