Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks a seasoned AVP to shape HR technology and People Analytics, driving a contemporary stack and a best-in-class employee experience. You’ll partner with HR Digital and Data teams to align strategy with enterprise goals and data initiatives.

You will lead a global HR technology roadmap, modernize the ecosystem, and ensure scalable, secure solutions while delivering high-impact ERP and transformation programs. Hybrid role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading HR technology, HR systems, or enterprise technology organizations within complex global environments.
• Significant experience leading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud platforms and related HR technology solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ERP, HR technology, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global HR Technology and People Analytics strategy aligned with HR, Technology, and business objectives.
• Own the HR Technology roadmap and investment priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and business goals.
• Lead the modernization and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
