Job summary

MetLife’s HR Digital Solutions Advisor will shape technology strategy for Absence Management and Employee Relations, partnering with HR, IT, payroll, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. You will lead AI-enabled initiatives with governance and cross-functional collaboration to improve employee experiences and operational efficiency.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in office weekly in the United States, with a salary range of $107,300–$130,000 and eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or advising enterprise HR technology solutions (cloud HR platforms).
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or product initiatives.
• Ability to translate HR objectives into actionable product roadmaps and solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data, reporting, and trends.
• Ability to influence decisions across global, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy for Absence Management and Employee Relations case management.
• Lead discovery, documentation and analysis of requirements including privacy, security, and compliance.
• Coordinate release planning, impact analysis, testing, and adoption recommendations.
• Guide responsible AI adoption and intelligent automation with governance and human oversight.
• Develop change, adoption, and training plans for new capabilities and processes.
