Job summary

MetLife’s HR Digital Solutions team seeks a strategic advisor and product lead for Absence Management and Employee Relations. You will shape technology strategy, translate complex HR requirements into scalable solutions, and drive adoption across global users.

This hybrid role emphasizes responsible AI, privacy, and governance while delivering end-to-end product stewardship. Location in the United States with a minimum 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and advising on enterprise HR technology solutions.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data, reporting, and emerging tech trends.
• Experience with Absence Management or Employee Relations case management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic technology roadmap for Absence Management and Employee Relations across the globe.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and design of secure, scalable HR tech solutions and integrations.
• Oversee release, testing, and adoption, managing risks and vendor escalations.
• Evaluate and promote responsible AI and automation with human oversight.
