Job summary

MetLife’s HR Digital Solutions group seeks a strategic advisor and product lead for Absence Management and Employee Relations. You will shape technology strategy, translate complex requirements, and drive end-to-end product stewardship across data, privacy, and AI-enabled HR solutions on a global scale.

Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to define roadmaps, manage releases, and ensure adoption. This hybrid role emphasizes responsible AI, analytics, and compliant, user-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, managing enterprise HR tech solutions.
• Ability to translate objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data, reporting, privacy, and compliance.
• Experience with Absence Management or Employee Relations case management a plus.
• Ability to influence decisions across global, matrixed teams.
• Education requirements include HS diploma; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking tech strategy for Absence Management and Employee Relations.
• Lead discovery, requirements, design secure scalable HR solutions and dashboards.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and adoption based on business value and risk.
• Lead responsible AI and automation initiatives with privacy and compliance controls.
• Develop change, training, and adoption plans for new capabilities.
