Job summary

MetLife’s HR Digital Solutions Advisor is a strategic product lead for Absence Management and Employee Relations globally. You’ll translate complex HR requirements into secure, scalable solutions, guiding adoption and governance across regions.

This hybrid Tampa-based role focuses on AI-enabled automation, governance, and analytics while protecting data quality and compliance. The position requires strong HR technology and product delivery experience, with the ability to influence global teams

Qualifications

• HR technology experience designing, implementing, or advising on enterprise HR solutions.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or product initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Ability to influence decisions across global, matrixed teams.
• Minimum education: High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Employee Relations, Payroll, IT, and vendors to define a technology strategy.
• Lead discovery, documentation, and analysis of requirements for Absence Management and ER case management.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and adoption based on value and risk.
• Evaluate and enable responsible AI and automation with privacy and security in mind.
• Develop change, adoption, and training plans while identifying automation opportunities.
