Barclays seeks a Workday Specialist VP to lead end-to-end technology development for defined HR value streams. You will partner with HR Journey Owners to craft technology roadmaps leveraging Workday, ServiceNow and other platforms, reporting to the HR CIO and influencing global delivery.

The role manages a matrix of resources, drives strategy, and ensures alignment with governance and risk controls across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR.
• Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle) and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Workday deployments.
• Define software requirements and drive technical direction for HR value streams.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to deliver Workday-based solutions.
