Job summary

Strada is seeking a Client HR Tech Lead to oversee the end-to-end technical landscape for global payroll clients. The role requires collaborating with clients to understand needs within the HR tech stack, providing expert guidance, and aligning with Strada product upgrades and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Strada HR Technology portfolio including Workday and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience with payroll engines and HR tech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and drive practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end technical landscape for Strada Global Payroll clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs within the contracted HR tech landscape and provide expert guidance.
• Stay updated on Strada product upgrades and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Partner with the Strada account management team and Delivery organization to deliver HR technology expertise.
• Coordinate IT cross-client initiatives and ensure technical health of client service delivery.
• Lead discussions on standard models, global solution design, and deviations as needed.
• Facilitate technical design documentation custody and regular updates.
• Assist with technical resource requests and CRs.
