Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a Payroll/HR data professional to join our team in managing end-to-end payroll processes and related data activities. You will support statutory reporting, respond to client queries with payroll expertise, and help train Apprentices and Associates in data management and customer service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business-related field.
• 2–3 years experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently process Payroll End to End to meet calendar, KPIs, and quality.
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Use payroll expertise to advise on client queries and country-specific legislation.
• Support and transfer knowledge to Apprentices/Associates on Data Management or Customer Service.
• Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA and high standards.
• Contribute to system maintenance testing and root cause analysis.
