Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Manager to lead the North America sales team focused on Cloud Services and Global Payroll. You will report to the Head of North America Sales and drive revenue through strategic opportunity management and executive-level client leadership.

You will coach and mentor a team of sales executives, craft compelling client offers, and align with Delivery and Solution Architecture to ensure successful service delivery while exploring new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of managing and leading a sales team.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP and/or Cloud technology.
• Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities.
• Exceptional presentation skills and strong internal/external communication.
• Negotiation skills and familiarity with consultative selling in ERP cloud space.
• Regular travel expected at 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets for NA Managed Services, Global payroll and related services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leader and Solution Architecture to ensure alignment on opportunities and service delivery.
• Coach and support a team of sales executives on deal strategy, creative solutioning, and execution.
• Identify and generate demand in new markets; explore opportunities to create new offerings.
• Lead development of sales plans targeting organizations with high potential for service delivery.
• Set and execute the sales strategy for designated focus areas.
• Demonstrate strong sales strategy capabilities and guide the team through complex sales cycles.
• Leverage internal selling resources at appropriate stages; manage cost of sale.
