Job summary

Cytel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior executives across global units. You will join the HR Leadership and Business Unit leadership teams to design, implement, and measure HR solutions that drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires partnering with executive leadership, coordinating with HR centers of excellence, and leading change across mergers and acquisitions while maintaining strong compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or a mix of generalist and specialist experience.
• Proven success partnering with senior executive management teams in mid to large, high growth global environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen; detail oriented with ability to drive big-picture strategy and execution.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation; experience in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member for one or more business units, aligning people strategy with business goals.
• Lead implementation and delivery of people strategies and programs with COE partners across HR and the broader organization.
• Provide coaching and thought partnership to leadership teams and influence across all levels.
• Coordinate with centers of excellence across HR functions to ensure integrated solutions.
• Lead change management activities for global HR programs, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions to minimize disruption.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure initiative effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
