Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior executives and their teams in a global setting. You will sit on the HR Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership teams, shaping and measuring HR solutions aligned with business growth.

The role requires partnering across HR COEs and multiple leadership levels, guiding change management, and ensuring legal compliance. Strong business acumen and 10+ years of HR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or combined generalist/specialist.
• Proven success partnering with senior executive management teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business units to align people strategy with business strategy.
• Lead delivery of people strategy and programs with COE partners.
• Coach and partner with leadership teams across levels.
• Coordinate matrix HR teams including ER, TA, compensation, benefits, payroll, HR ops and legal.
• Lead change management activities for global HR programs, reorganizations, M&A.
• Use HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
