Job summary

You will lead data-driven decisions, manage complex employee relations, and shape global HR policies for US and international markets.

You will partner with executives to align talent strategies with corporate objectives, driving culture, structure, and performance while ensuring compliance and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification required or in progress.
• 5–7 years in HR with employee relations and strategic partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, providing executive coaching and talent optimization.
• Lead workforce planning, org design, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and global HR policies across markets.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify risks and inform strategy.
• Support global expansion with data-driven HR solutions and engagement programs.
