Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in HR with emphasis on employee relations, investigations, partnering, and process improvement.
• PHR/SHRM certifications required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering executive coaching on performance, structure, and talent optimization.
• Align talent strategies with corporate objectives while shaping culture and driving performance.
• Analyze HR data to identify risks, opportunities, and drive proactive solutions.
• Develop global HR policies for US and international markets and support events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and ethical standards.
