Job summary

AXS, based in Frisco, TX, is seeking a highly collaborative Manager, Human Resources to partner with the Vice President of the Contact Center and leaders across Frisco and Scottsdale. The role emphasizes employee relations, recruitment for the Contact Center, onboarding, compensation, payroll, and HRIS data management.

You will analyze workforce metrics and drive engagement, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience including employee relations, compensation, benefits, onboarding.
• Experience supporting a Contact Center environment is required.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, employee data, reporting, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of federal, Texas, Arizona, and local employment and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, Title VII).
• Experience advising leaders at all levels and translating workforce data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including employee relations and policy administration.
• Lead interviewing and hiring for Contact Center roles in Frisco and Scottsdale.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires in Frisco and Scottsdale with the U.S. HR team.
• Maintain job descriptions and market/ internal salary ranges by title and location.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support payroll cycles for two cycles.
