You will lead a global cadre of HRBPs, partner with Centers of Excellence, and act as a trusted adviser to two C‑Suite executives to accelerate talent strategy, leadership development, and succession planning beyond day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory across business units to align HR initiatives with operational priorities.
• Lead a global HRBP team to deliver business-focused people strategies.
• Co-design Centers of Excellence programs with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, and People Analytics.
• Oversee executive succession planning and leadership development at scale.
• Drive data-informed talent strategies using people analytics for workforce planning.
• Partner with CoEs to ensure consistency while meeting local needs.
