Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the global HR function and translate business strategy into scalable organizational capability. This role partners with the President to drive leadership capability, performance outcomes, and a high‑value HR ecosystem.

The leader will operate strategically and operationally, applying data-driven decision-making, rigorous workforce planning, and gemba accountability to enable growth, efficiency, and sustained value

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience with a large, global business (>$1B).
• Ability to link talent strategy to business performance and P&L outcomes.
• Experience in lean, continuous improvement environments (VES, DBS, or equivalent).
• Proven track record leading complex transformations (M&A, restructuring, scaling).
• Strong financial acumen with workforce planning and productivity management.
• Experience operating across global labor environments, including works councils and unions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President and leadership team to shape and execute business strategy through talent, organization design, and leadership capability.
• Build and execute a forward-looking talent strategy, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning to enable scalability and performance.
• Embed continuous improvement mindset (VES) across HR and the organization; drive headcount forecasting and productivity alignment.
• Measure impact with analytics and KPIs; drive HR strategy for major transformations (M&A, restructuring, market expansion).
• Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven culture; strengthen the associate value proposition; lead a global HR team.
