Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner in San Francisco to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and shape people strategy across the business. You will report to the SVP of HR and influence executive-level decisions that impact talent, culture, and business outcomes.

You will lead global HR initiatives, drive transformation with cross-functional partners, and develop programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR consulting experience with C-suite executives in tech
• 8+ years leading/managing teams
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across levels
• Ability to persuade, influence, and drive results with executives
