Job summary

Power Integrations is seeking a Senior Director of HR Business Partners to act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and shape organizational strategy. This role will lead a global HRBP function, partnering with COEs to enable growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

This in-person position is based at our headquarters in San Jose, California. The successful candidate will drive leadership capability, workforce planning, and organizational maturity across global teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including HRBP leadership.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams of HRBPs in global organizations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams within technology, semiconductor, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven success leading organizational transformation, change management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Experience operating as a strategic advisor to senior executives and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on business strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Partner with leaders to align talent and org strategies with long-term objectives and growth.
• Influence senior leadership decisions via data-driven insights and diagnostics.
• Lead enterprise organizational design initiatives to support growth and efficiency.
• Drive large-scale transformation and change management across the business.
• Coach and develop leaders to enhance effectiveness and accountability.
• Lead HRBP team to deliver strategic impact and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with priorities and future needs.
