Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience advising Vice Presidents in a complex matrixed organization.
• 1+ years’ experience developing workforce, talent, and organizational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Vice Presidents, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Translate business priorities into integrated talent and workforce strategies.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and needs, and present data‑driven solutions.
• Provide executive coaching on leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent decisions.
• Lead organizational design initiatives and workforce planning aligned to growth and financial plans.
