Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals seeks an accomplished HR leader to join as Dir, HR Business Partner for General & Administrative functions in Boston. You will partner with senior leaders, design talent strategies, and drive organizational change in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will shape workforce planning, performance processes, total rewards, and leadership development while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance to scale the G&A function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS in HR/OD and certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, esp. HRBP in G&A or corporate functions.
• Pharma or life sciences background preferred; strong change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRBP for G&A leaders and teams to align people strategies with business goals.
• Advise and coach senior leaders; influence organizational decisions and priorities.
• Lead organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive large-scale change, culture evolution, and integration of acquisitions.
