Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies.
Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of employment law compliance and employee relations.

Develop and implement people strategies aligned to supported business functions.
Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning and capability strategies.
Lead complex people and organizational change initiatives and ensure adoption.
