Domestic & General in Norwalk, CT, seeks an International HR Delivery Partner on a hybrid basis to join our Global People team. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, partnering with US leaders to align workforce planning, leadership development, and change initiatives.

This 6-month fixed-term maternity cover offers a strategic remit, data-driven decision making, and opportunities to impact organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support business goals.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Proven success leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders at all levels.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement people strategies aligned to the priorities and objectives of supported business functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning and capability strategies that enable future business performance.
• Lead complex people and organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and adoption.
• Deliver expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness and organisational risk.
• Analyse workforce trends, organisational metrics and people insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage talent, succession and development discussions to strengthen leadership pipelines and critical capability areas.
• Ensure consistent application of employment legislation, company policy and governance requirements across the employee lifecycle.
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness, employee experience and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional people initiatives and transformation activities in partnership with Centres of Excellence and HR Operations teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance people processes, capability and organisational performance.
